Ireland’s CEO moves on
Peter Thompson the CEO of Ireland Cricket, leaves his position on Friday to take up a role as commercial manager for an English rugby side.
Ireland have grown both financially and as a playing nation during Thompson’s tenure having secured their biggest ever sponsorship deal with the Bank of Ireland and winning the ICC Intercontinental Cup in October last year.
