The cricketing references in this post will be tenuous at best. Having spent most of last week travelling around the South Island of New Zealand with work, I drove the length of the North Island yesterday for pleasure and am consequently slightly brain dead this morning. (What’s normally an 8 hour drive ended up 12 hours, thanks to Easter holiday traffic)

The Rolling Stones (Mick Jagger-cricket fan, tenuous link number 1) are playing at the Westpac Stadium tonight and me and my good wife have front row seats (bloody expensive too).

So, as I won’t have access to the internet for much of the next few days, just a quickie post to say well done to Jacob Oram or his excellent knock against the Proteas. I just hope it’s not in vain.
