Getting naked for ANZAC day
What better way to mark a significant historic moment than to strip your clothes off and have a game of naked beach cricket.
This is apparently, how 200 Aussies are marking ANZAC day tomorrow. Begs the question of where will they hang their poppies?
The venue, should you be in the area and fancy a giggle, […]

Burning down the house
I read recently that a poor old cricket club somewhere in Burnley has had its pavilion vandalised for the third time in six months.
Sadly, my own cricket club suffered the same fate and had its modest pavilion burnt to the ground after we left the UK for New Zealand. I couldn’t quite believe the […]

Frankly I don’t care.
Too little, too bloody late.
Nuff said.

No sex please we’re cricketers
The BBC have unearthed a story about a cricket club in England, that have been threatened with expulsion from their league unless they dump their sex shop sponsors.
Shame really, the list of puns (and shirt logos) would have been endless.

John Howard Dame Edna your boys are taking one hell of a beating
There is every possibility that Australia will somehow find a ladder and extract themselves from the deep pit of annihilation they have managed to crawl into over the last couple of days as they capitulate against Bangladesh (can’t believe I just said that)
So, before Australia have the chance of reversing their fortunes, […]
