I spotted this the other night and then noticed that Mike mentioned he was surprised nobody was discussing it. I’m surprised too. Unless the story’s misleading isn’t this rather significant?

It seems the ICC have gone and snuck this little morsel in the backdoor without drawing much attention to it.

Nick’s and LBW’s can now be ‘referred upstairs’ as well as the run outs and stumpings we already have. Will the TV ump be using ’snickometer’ and ‘Hawkeye’ to assist?

I hope the experiment goes well and the umpires in the middle get to avoid some of those embarrasing big screen replays.
